Coffee may not be the healthiest beverages you can consume. However, this does not mean that coffee can not provide benefits to your health. The study revealed that there are many health benefits associated with coffee. 

Coffee not only can improve your mood and make you re-energized in the afternoon or evening. Coffee also has several health benefits. Here are five reasons why the consumption of coffee is good for your health, as reported by the Health Me Up (21/05). 

1. The heart health 
Coffee is one source of antioxidants which is quite a lot. These antioxidants help reduce and prevent inflammation in the arteries and increase heart rate.
